3.4GHz;16GB RAM; Playing constantly with 60fps. I managed to get it to around 400 by messing around with the game settings a bit. But to be honest I don't see any difference between 60, 100 and 400 fps.

so its your high ram that makes you able to play with high fps?

naa.. its just "trendy" to make your rig with 16 gigs... personally im using 32gigs just because i render a bunch nothin more then 16 gigs would be needed for a gaming purpose pc, ofcourse if its clean and not full of little ****s.

Depends on what he does aside from gaming hm? There are very little reasons for having that much, but there are valid reasons.

3GB (in total) is fine for LoL. It's probably your videocard that's making you lag. With those specs, you probably have an on-board videocard (running from the motherboard).

MSI 660ti PE/OC DDR5
8GB Corsair vengeance
around 350 fps constant @ very high
