Rumble is considered one of the strongest champions in diamond elo. No true counter. I cant learn how to play him tho.

Basically what these guys have said. No true counter, he's an incredible bully too.

Rumble's OP.

1k damage over 3 seconds with an effective 3 seconds cooldown lategame?

and that's just his Q.

The stage starts with a caster that requires no mana to use any of its spells.
In addition to that his cooldowns are low and his damage output is high, what do you think?

Gee I dunno

Anyway now see here. Rumble's skillcap isn't too high, but for many, or most for some reason or another (probably because he plays relatively differently to other champs), not many people are prepared to spend that little bit of time just adjusting to how Rumble plays.

Now there are many fine details to Rumble's playstyle that are still relatively easy to get down eventually, and even though another champ like for instance... Kennen, is must easier to pick up to begin with, but much harder to actually get good at yet more people are good at him (due to the fact his learning curve is less awkward).

Now with Rumble, as compared to other relatively good champs, his strength lies in his ability to contribute to a team fight if everything is done perfectly. There is a certain limit to other champs to the kind of "plays" that can be made. With Rumble on the other hand, with the combination of the synergy of summoner spells, positioning. and items (passives and actives), can make a game changing play that trump many others. Problem being it is actually significantly harder to pull this off because you have to get a whole bunch of variables exactly right, at the right time.

He's good, and yes he's a tad OP in the right hands, even when you know how to deal with him, but because it's harder to pull off a "Oh **** GG Rumble" as opposed to "Oh **** GG Amumu". only people who are really comfortable with playing him will take him all the way up into Diamond, somewhat balancing him. So the reason he has such a high win rate is because of dumbos like me who own around 20 different Rumble accounts, and the fact that only people who are really comfortable in playing Rumble, play Rumble, further contributing to what seems like an OP champion.
