Hi guys, i need some tips how i record a lol video? Which program should i use and so on? Cant find any good one..

Just google record gameplay.
Fraps is good, so are many others...

I did try fraps, but my videos got so laggy and slow, and if i try with more fps the game goes laggy..

That simply means you're stupid when it comes to entering settings, upping your frame rate lags the pc because it has to process that number of frames per second while you game. Read a guide, and if you still don't get it then I would suggest leaving alone recording all together cause all programs use such terms :/

You can use google or youtube to find proper guides and info on codecs you should use to not end with a 30-50 gb file.

Well i guess i have to study those settings then, cause i was just looking for a fast easy way to record a video without wasting some useless time understand it
