Hello,

I am having problems logging in to the LoL client. I keep getting a connection error after logging in, while the LoL ports are being forwarded in my router, and every single firewall has been turned off on my computer.

Other information:
- Windows 7 Home (x64)
- Mcaffee firewall (turned off)
- Malwarebytes firewall (turned off)
- Windows firewall (turned off)
- Thomson TWG870UG
- (Static) IP: 192.168.0.149

I have attached a picture of my port forwarding screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards
Hallelujahh

Hi!

Could you please be more specific and explain your problem in a wider way so that we are able to provide you with a more efficient response to this issue?

Of course.

I can start the LoL client normally (running it as administrator does not fix the problem). Updates work and i can just click on play.
Then, I fill in my username and password, and press Log in. A screen appears with "retrieving data from server" and "Loading". This screen does not go away, and I get a connection error saying "
Connection Failure: Unable to connect to the PVP.net server.
Information regarding what may have caused this error can be found here.
Service availability can be viewed on the League of Legends Server Status web page."

This happens most of the times, but when I am able to connect to the server, and create/join a game, I get other issues:

I can just pick champions, spells, mastery pages and rune page as normally, but when the game is about to start, I can not connect to the servers again.

I will add an image of the errors as soon as they appear again (this is happening 60% of the time, not always)

Hallelujahh

Thanks for that information!

Please, check the following thread as your issue seems to be related to that one: http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/board...=607034&page=2

Also, read the following Knowledge Base article regarding your firewall issues: https://support.leagueoflegends.com/...gue-of-legends

Hey,

I have these same exact problems for the past couple of weeks now.
Tried everything From reinstalling to tweaking my fire wall.
(nothing works)
But somehow the game just wont connect like half of the time.
So pretty much cant play, dont wanna screw my teamates over with a
4 V 5 match.
