It's exactly 107 cs @ 10:00.
You can't get the 114 cs since they spawn @ 10:00 and it takes like another 30 seconds til they're in lane and killed.

iambored2, the whole point of this thread is that the guy is clearly doing some experimenting to see how high he can get his CS, to try to improve that.

Also, we have no idea what lane/game type he's playing... in the LCS many players don't get 100 cs in 10 mins, it completely depends what else is happening in the game.

OP: Anything above about 70 cs by 10 mins is fairly respectable, with most players setting around 90-100 as their target, but as always it depends what happens in lane... in many ways it's not your absolute CS that matters, it's your relative CS compared to your opponent in lane. If you're out-farming your opponent, and reasonably close in CS to the other players on the map, you're doing well.

I would say it's more 101 cs @ 10:00 because you have to take into account the time needed to actually clear the wave, considering you generally play safe, you don't want to expose yourself, get killed to reach cs and even though you play agressive, unless you have some very AOE-efficient champion, you'll have to farm minions.
Just follow this chart http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com...6&d=1408019400 (http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/attachment.php?attachmentid=1046756&d=1408019400) then remove 1 mn at a given minute mark to actually find the real number of CS you can hit at this point (30 s for creeps to reach lane + 30 s to actually farm them).

Of course, later, you may clear waves much faster than in early game, because of your skill set and upgrades, so even though champions don't farm the same way depending on their skills set and build (aka a slow pusher as Warwick vs a fast one as Sivir or TF), you can have in some situations / builds a wave that may be pushed almost instantly (for instance Lux ult + E). So as said, after early game, you will just have to substract 30 s in the chart to find the current score you could virtually aim, because it takes less time to clear waves and most of the time you can do it in few seconds...
