Hey Pacman ( the original one, I see ),

In these kinds of issues, if your internet is doing fine, you can always try and check your Firewall settings, as after some patches in LoL, your Firewall might not recognize the application and not allow it to connect.

You can try and follow these steps and see it it fixes your issue -> https://support.leagueoflegends.com/...-configuration

Hope this helps!

Hi!

This error typically stems from a disconnection between your computer and our game servers. This is commonly caused by a large amount of uplink network buffering. Network buffering is a buffer of information that is waiting to be processed. To correct this I would recommend following our knowledge base article here:

http://support.leagueoflegends.com/e...tency-and-ping

If nothing from the guide corrects the problem, you should try disabling peer-to-peer sharing. This can be done from the patcher menu which you can find in the top right corner there, a button with gears on it.

If you continue to have problems please submit a ticket to http://support.leagueoflegends.com with the following information:

1. A network analysis: http://support.leagueoflegends.com/e...twork-analysis
2. A network log: http://support.leagueoflegends.com/e...etworkinfo-log
3. A process list: http://support.leagueoflegends.com/e...a-process-list

I've just been having the same problem, apparently disabling the firewall on my router has fixed it though

for me this worked
try windows key + r
type in "services.msc"
go to: ip helper
shut it down

Literally, best advice ever, turning off IP helper fixed the constant dc-ing for me and my brother.

This works for me as well, is there anything that can fix the actual problem instead of having to constantly disable IP Helper?

Has Riot found what the issue is?
