Hello there, can anyone help me with;

Reason:Unexpected error (9300) encountered during transfer. Please try again at a later date.

I am tryin' to transfer my smurf to West (from Nordic), I've the old free transfer from the day they made west n' east/nordic.

But when I'm tryin' to click It says:

Your account transfer has begun. This process may take a minute to complete.

Status: Transfer failed. You will be able to continue playing in the current region(Europe Nordic and East.) Your account balance has not been debited. Your account has not been activated on the new region (Europe West.)

Reason:Unexpected error (9300) encountered during transfer. Please try again at a later date.


I've no idea where to find information about what to do. Please help me.
