I was wondering,, if i build a hextech gunblade, madreds bloodrazors, malady, sword of the divine and wit's end, would the spell vamp on the hextech work on all of the on hit effects? All of them deal magic dmg, but it aren't actual skills.

It does not, only works on activated skills that hit the target (and deal damage).

it doesnt work on procs or on hit effects.
That includes items like madreds, wits end, sword of the divine and also abilities like kog maws W, miss fortunes W, teemos E, irelias W, etc. If any ability is passively active over a durating, it does not benefit from spellvamp. The only passive ability (sort of) that works with spellvamp is jax's 3rd hit proc of his ultimate.

Smite works (or atleast worked) with spellvamp. So it doesn't only work on hero skills.

would be awesome if it did but it doesnt x)

(would be Dps Heaven since most melee Dps'ers take one or 2 of those items, along with spellvamp they would effectively be near unkillable and mad attackspeed)
