Tryndamere Abuse (Rune Page Help)

I have some spare IP saved up and am pondering a Tryndamere/Gangplank runepage just for the lulz.

However I'm abit stuck on what to take...
Red;
Crit Damage, obviously.. But not sure what to take for the rest.
Yellow;
Flat Armor for early game/earlier jungling/minion resistance?
Flat HP for early game first blood etc?
HP Regen per level to combine with his already high regen?
Attack Speed as the yellows are still good?
More Critical Damage to make a huge amount?
Crit Chance to give epic early game?
Blue;
MR/MRprLvl because.. well, it's good?
Flat CDR for spin/ulti?
Even MOAR Critical Damage runes?
Crit Chance to improve your early game?
(Man Blue's kinda suck).
Quints;
Critical Damage for totally Outrageous damage?
Crit Chance to help out with that early game alittle?
Movement Speed because its OP?
Armor Pen since your reds are lacking?

I'm really stuck as to how to build it, get a good balance/build etc.

well a hard choice between early and late game runes, also runes depends on what you want of items ingame and how much you in to those 2 champs.
i use crit chance Marks, Seal and Quin. where glyphs is CDR per lvl so in lvl 1 i got 18% crit chance from runes and 0.45% CDR. in lvl 18 i got 18% crit chance from runes and 8.62% CDR from my lvl Glyphs.
i prefer them for both early and late game uses. crit is for early and CDR is for late.

i would say an early game runes is what is best so Crit chance to help them get extra crits in on minions and champs. both trynd and gang can use Crit because of their abilities. i would advise to early game runes.

Runepage 1 example:
Marks: Crit chance
Seals: Crit chance
Glyphs: either early CDR or late CDR
Quin: Crit or HP flat

Crit dmg is only useful late game, only use them if u know your champ well and if u got a team to help u get the kills so you can get fed or at least get the items and get to the late game faster.

i got full crit in my build :P maybe a bit odd, but since i get fed in early game, i get OP fast for more crit :3 works like a charm

So really? Crit Damage is worthless?

I find the idea of having both Crit Dmg runes along with the Crit Damage offensive mastery seems much more effective for slamming people down, Tryn especially doesn't need as much Crit chance as he gets most of it from his passive/first item.

Very unsure still.

well trynd as a horrible early to compensate for his domination late game. so to even it out you need early game improved, since the game is normally decided in the early stages (fed and not fed) to maximize his potential of getting minions + champs and also stay in lane / jungle longer he needs Crit chance runes.
Crit Dmg is not worthless, but u must know your champ well and play extremely careful in early - mid game and farm alot. the decision is up to you ofc, but as "Ornas" said Crit chance runes are a far better choice, because of his crit chance + q stacks = lane power and dmg power.
