Hi,

A few weeks back (when the new season started) i have returned to play league.I started playing ranked pretty well and eventually reached platinum 4, a tier i hadn't reached before. A good reason of that success was the promise to my own self not to rage anymore in-game and be more calm about it. About a week ago i actually got my chat suspended for 75+ games and a ranked restriction for 35 games, meaning that i have to WIN 35 drafts to eventually be able to play again ranked.
It was a huge shock for me to find out that i got punished , but actually for nothing. I contacted the support in order to find out what the reason behind this ban was, so i asked for the tribunal case.
Not only that, the Riot Support was taking 1 day to answer, they were completely avoiding the point of the ticket.They tried to explain what a suspention is and how it is administred.For a few days in a row i couldn't get a clear answer.
After about 6-7 pointless messages they decided to let me know that in SOON TIME they were going to contact me with a Player Behaviour Specialist.But as you maybe guessed, it never happened.(4-5 days passed).
That is why i write this forum thread, to hopefully get support or atleast people's opinion about it.

p.s-I wanted to remark how awful the @LoLsupport is,comparing to other serious games. Compare it to Blizzard;Blizzard has a ticked based support , a live chat which you get an answer in 2-10 minutes and they even had a live call support option(it got removed during to high amount of trolls). I really think that it is about time that Riot realizes how the clients should be treated, and honestly, with the amount of players that they currently have, it is a needed action.

I agree. Many cases I get generic responses that do not answer my question, and my original question gets avoided.

They take money for their games. Riot doesn't.

Well, thats not an excuse.

I mean its okay that they dont have a live chat, but having to fight through 4-5 automated replys only to wait then for days for a "specialist" (my brother waited for weeks and the behaviour specialist never got in touch) is NOT okay. At all. I think thats something Riot has to work on.

I am ready to bet , they make more money on their "optional services" . More then blizzard trust me.

So what now ? Even the forums won't help ? Is Riot support that horrible?
