I am getting crazy .....
tried
->updating directx
-> updating .net framework

Still same, any hints/help/ ......any kind of support

Hi godslave,

Where are you getting this error? When trying to log in? Is it after entering your details?

Does it get past "authenticating..."?

Also what ISP are you with, and what is your Operating System? Thanks!

Hi Eambo,
I am getting this error almost everywhere:
1. Frequently at the time of loging in after getting past "authenticating".
2. After updating directx and .net framework 3.5 I can log in but huge lag and disconnecting from game with the error message when in game lobby
3.Last time i log in i have shown 0 available champs and ranked game locked... its really funny.

and

1. Using a wired line not a wireless modem. ISP Link3
2. OS : windows 7

If you haven't already, can you try powercycling your router?

Unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in again. This clears all memory and connections. Then try again - does the same issue occur?

And to clarify, you're not *always* stuck at the same spot - it can get further sometimes?

You shouldn't have to, no, it's just pinpointing where the issue occurs :-) As I asked before, are you getting this consistently? Or does it let you past sometimes? Are you always stuck at the same point, or does it differ?

Yes it let me pass sometime like now, and then showing the pop up after every 30 sec.

Can you try in safe mode?

- Restart your computer
- Tap F8 repeatedly before the Windows Logo
- Select 'Safe Mode with Networking' when prompted
- Try LoL in safe mode

Does the same issue occur?

It sounds like there's an inconsistent network connection to the Riot servers, especially if you're getting the same issue in Safe Mode.

Can you please do the following:

1) Run these two tests and link to the results:
http://pingtest.net
http://speedtest.net



2) [download WinMTR](http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/) and run a trace route to the following IP address:


> 192.64.170.252

Let the trace run for about 100 packets, then export your results as a text file and attach them to a post here.
