Hello there,

Since playing League I have not had a single ban/chat restriction, own all honour crests, and in games remain largely silent. Never am I toxic, but over private messages to friends I am extremely rude (it's just a thing we do with each other, all in good spirit). Would this be the reason I have received no mystery skin?

Well please can someone check my Account? I dont got my mysterie skin.. and I am 100% sure that i never got banned restricted or something like that. I am pretty sure that I am by far one of the friendliest players in this community -_- I dont even blame people who obviously feed.. I dont even have a dispute with anyone.. maybe 2 times were i really try to talk with them in a nice way.. there is just no way oi dont deserve a mysterie skin :/ so plz someone of the staff please check me.. its so sad :/

After making sure i did not receive a Mystery Gift without noticing i decided to make a support ticket.
This was the response i got.

One of the conditions that were set for getting a Mystery Gift for good behavior was having 10 skins that can possibly be gifted to you at the very least. This mean you need 2-4 champions at the minimum with more than 5 skins each to have a pool of 10 skins that could be gifted to you.

Since the players who didn’t qualify because of this didn’t get a good will gift, we decided to give them Riot Kayle instead of not getting anything.

Please continue to display good behavior and stay out of trouble.

Let me know if you have any other concerns."

I own Riot Kayle because i went to Gamescom 2014 and i have 96 champions and 241 skins purchasable in the store. I feel like support is doing no effort in looking into this issue and giving anyone who makes a tickets a copy/paste message considering it looks like she forgot to remove the " at the end of her explanation.

Please Riot put some effort into it. If you're going to reward your players for good behavior, make sure those who meet the requirements actually get a reward.

For those asking me, I contacted the support on saturday, but I contacted the french speaking support (i'm belgian), which I guess is dealing with less players than the english speaking ones.

By spamming I meant none of you should hesitate to contact them as I did.

I simply posted under General Questions category, explaining that as I had received news that the distribution had come to an end, and had received nothing, I would appreciate them to check if I was indeed eligible.

They confirmed I was and added the reward to my account.

Just contact them and make sure to be nice, the guys you'll be dealing with are not responsible for the delay

They don't even have support in my language (Dutch)... so I am stuck with English support and they are never responding. 3 days, no reply

It might be simply a bug. I've written to support about it and my lack of skin, now waiting for reponse. We'll see.
