Hey Hr Winther,

First of all your best bet is to make sure that your DirectX is up to date.

You can download the latest version from here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/179113 Note: It is best to install both the latest version AND the DirectX-End-User-Runtime, you will find them both on that link)

Also make sure you install both the 3.5 and 4.0 .NET Framwork.
Download 3.5 from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=21
Download 4.0 from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/confirmation.aspx?id=17851

If the problem persists, you might want to run through the Game Crashes article in the League of Legends Knowledge Base (https://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/28849700-Bug-Splat-and-Game-Crashes) and run through some of the fixes there that may be causing you issues.

If this doesn't work try running a repair of your client to fix any corrupt game files WARNING: This can take a long time. The next step if it still isn't working would be to attempt a re-installation of the game.

Edit: Also as Corta has said to make sure that you have the latest Video drivers for your system.
  • AMD Drivers (http://support.amd.com/en-us/download)
  • NVIDIA Drivers (http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk)
  • Intel onboard chip drivers (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx?lang=eng)
