Hey there,

I accidentally downloaded the US-Client instead of the European one. In order to play on the European servers I had to change lol.PROPERTIES so the game would pick the European server instead of the American one.
Now I am facing the problem that my client will not install the freshly downloaded patch since I changed the data. Could anyone be so nice and tell me how lol.PROPERTIES looked like in the "original American version" before I changed it? I unfortunately forgot to make a backup of the data.
Right now it looks like this:

host=prod.eu.lol.riotgames.com
xmpp_server_url=prod.eu.lol.riotgames.com

Would be thankful for any advice!

Greetings

Hi! Im downloading atm and sure can tell you but theres only one problem. I don't know how to change nor where to find the "lol.properties". Anyone who can guid me? So patching first then change to EU will/should/have worked?

Figuried out myself. Heres the standard prop.

host=beta.lol.riotgames.com
xmpp_server_url=chat.na.lol.riotgames.com
enableTutorialGame=true
lobbyLandingURL=http://www.leagueoflegends.com/pvpnet_landing
ladderURL=http://www.leagueoflegends.com/ladders
storyPageURL=http://www.leagueoflegends.com/story

I just added the patches from the basic download to the new "Standalone". I hope it will work. It has been ALOT of work to get this game to start I tell you.

Yes, I have both clients and it is like this.

enableTutorialGame=true <- useless?
lobbyLandingURL=http://www.leagueoflegends.com/pvpnet_landing <- NA thingy
ladderURL=http://www.leagueoflegends.com/ladders <- NA ladder
storyPageURL=http://www.leagueoflegends.com/story <- NA lore

I think these are inbuild into client somehow as each language has different link - and this would lead (let's say) french player to view NorthAmerican ladder, not EU, and view english lore instead of french?

It's better to redownload client anyway due both are different and applying EU patch to NA client or vice-versa will cause further problems - mostly "client version rejected" thing
