Summoners,

As we are observing lag issues again today, we have disabled Ranked Queues in order to prevent losses due to lag / packet loss.

Our Networking team is in touch with our ISP at the moment in order to troubleshoot this.

Again, we are sorry for the inconveniences this brings, and we are doing everything we can in our power to provide a better playing experience throughout this weekend.

We will keep you updated in this thread.

14:35 GMT - Update: We are taking measures to try and reduce the strain on affected servers.

16:08 GMT Update: In order to troubleshoot the Lag Reports more efficient, we are going to need you to run the attached script and post the results in this thread, along with where you connecting from (city/country) and what ISP you are using. Thank you for cooperation.

19:16 GMT - Update: After troubleshooting with our ISP, we have implemented a change that should alleviate the lag. While we have seen a major improvement so far, we will continue monitoring closely.

Dear Riot,

You can lie to us, but you can't lie to yourselves. You are aware of the laggs, and you tell us so, but you don't care and do minimum effort to fix them, just to keep the game running and so you get more money from those people who keep on buying RP.
The fact is, you have to do more if you want to keep staying alive, you have to fix laggs permanently, or at least hire a decent provider who can manage the servers properly without ****ing up every single week.

While we protest on your own forums, you create new content in order to gain more money. Where does that money go to? As far as we know, not to the EUW/EUNE servers. You own the most popular game in the world, and yet you don't care about the ones who, at the end of the day, will keep you up there.

You pride on having your game in the eSports scenario, while we struggle to be able to have fun playing a game most of us pay for. You denigrate us everything which America, Asia, and Oceania has:

-Server stability.
-Decent customer support.
-Compensations for issues which shouldn't be happening.

And most important of all, FUN.

Getting tired of this disruptions. Dont you already get enough money from all the RP we buy to at least buy a decent server? This lag has been on this entire week. Really Riot I am dissapointed in the state of this server. I am seriously considering to transfer servers.
