Riot Games has received a dispute filed against previous purchases made on your account. This dispute was filed by the financial institution associated with the payments made on the account, and as a result, Riot Games must refund the payments back to the financial institution (a “Chargeback”).

The total amount of these Chargebacks is currently: € 50.00

The account is now considered to have a negative balance and is unavailable for use until the outstanding balance has been repaid in full to Riot Games. The balance must be repaid via the following methods:

Payment must be submitted in the following format:

Subject: Chargeback Payment - Username
Message: Username, Summoner Name, Platform (NA, EUW, EUNE)

Once your PayPal Transactions is processed, we will unlock the account so you can return to the Fields of Justice!

Payment via store-bought RP Cards (NA only)

Please submit a Player Support ticket to ‘Billing’ or respond to an existing ticket with the PINs on the back of the card(s) for the chargeback payment amount. (Payment in excess of the chargeback amount will be credited to the account as RP).

Please note that this Chargeback is a violation of our Terms of Use and any future payment disputes may result in a permanent termination of your account. Please read the following excerpt from our Terms of Use:

IV. Fees

Some aspects of the Game may require you to pay a fee, and you agree that you will provide accurate and complete payment information to the third-party payment provider used by Riot Games. You further agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you.
Riot Games may revise the pricing for the Game or any item associated therewith at any time. All fees and charges are payable in accordance with payment terms in effect at the time the fee or the charge becomes due and payable. Riot Games may, from time to time, modify, amend, or supplement its fees and fee-billing methods, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting in this Agreement or elsewhere on the Site or in the Game. If there is a dispute regarding payment of fees to Riot Games, your Account may be closed without warning or notice at the sole discretion of Riot Games.

Dear riot I was putting in the code of the paysafe card and at the end after putting the code and clicked pay and said that the payment was successful and I closed and went to see my riot points and remain the same

dear riot when I paid with a 10 euro paysafe card and appeared "payment completed" and riot points not appeared in the account thanked me respond briefly
