Hi I just wanted to share my solution to fix "Could not load Direct3d" error , really got it from google, but anyways:

1.) Download DirectX Control panel from here (http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Microsoft-DirectX-Control-Panel-Download-5384.html)

2.) Just open up the .zip and click on "directx.cpl". (it open's up the Control Panel of DX.)

3.) Go to the Direct3D tab.

4.) Check all unchecked boxes!

5.) Your done, load League of Legends and play!

Hoped you liked my short tutorial how to fix the error.

I downloaded it,checked all the unchecked boxes, clicked Apply, and tried to launch League of Legends, but the same thing happened... "could not load direct3d" error...
Then I went back into that program, and all the boxes that I checked were unchecked... that doesn't save..
