  • Rebirth armor modification increased by 10 at all levels
  • Frost Bite range increased to 650 from 600

Jax
  • Health per level reduced to 83 from 86

Kayle
  • Intervention cooldown reduced to 90/75/60 from 150/120/90
  • Intervention duration reduced to 2/2.5/3 from 3/4/5

Shaco
  • Hallucination now deals half damage to turrets
  • Fixed a bug where Hallucinate clones would proc on-hit effects an extra time

Items
  • Archangel's Staff mana to ability power ratio increased to 3% from 2.5%
  • Innervating Locket's effects now only give half benefit to allies
  • Will of the Ancients will now grant double bonus to the holders if multiple members of a team have the item, like all other aura items
  • Changed all aura-granting items so that clones will not grant a double bonus to the aura holder. Clones with aura items otherwise interact the same with other champions.
  • Guardian Angel and Banshee's Veil will now only proc on cloned units if it was ready to activate when the clone was created. In other words, clones now sync their Guardian Angel and Banshee's Veil states to the main champion when created.
  • Clones that expire while being revived with Guardian Angel will no longer last permanently

Summoner Spells
  • Smite damage per level reduced to 25 from 35

If this is legit, then there's a lot of good in there. However, why did Heimer get buffed? He's already a sick pusher, lowering his grenade CD will only allow him to take down towers faster...

Adding bigger queue dodge penalty WITHOUT first adding more rune pages IS STUPID. SOMETIMES if the other players pick fast there is chance to run and make a new mastery build in order to play a tank or a mid champ but what about runes?

Ez got a well deserved nerf to mystic and arcane, but I will probably still see him in every game. Reduce mystic to 100 and arcane to 20 sec at all levels and he's fine with mb some buffs to his long lost ap potential.

Ashe makes more sense now but ofc still very strong. Good to see them correct their mistakes this fast.

Janna should have had EotS cd increased as well so she can't permanently have it on a hero. Should be able to bait her to put it up and then wait til it's down to attack. Now she can just put it up again even if she times the first one badly.

As you can understand I don't enjoy the no need for tanks trio ez, ashe, janna where they just poke you to death with cc and mobility.

Shaco can't backdoor like no other anymore. Big disappointment to many I assume.

Mundo got nerfed cause of TT. This is a problematic situation, when a hero is too strong on one map and only decent on another map. Mundo is probably officially out of SR?

Changes are however in the right direction according to my humble oppion except for mundo (but that's a problematic situation caused by different maps).

Adding bigger queue dodge penalty is a nonsense if u first don't fix others related issues like players who intentionally didn't pick a champs trying to make u leave or are simply afk (so u can choose: either u play 4 vs 5 or u wait tons of time).
