J'ai reçu dans un premier temps ce mail "Bonjour, ventouze,

Des actions effectuées par votre compte ont violé les Conditions d'utilisation de League of Legends. Vous pouvez consulter les Conditions d'utilisation sur http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/fr/legal/termsofuse

Du fait de la sévérité de cette violation, votre compte League of Legends sera suspendu jusqu'au Sun Jan 18 03:46:06 PST 2224.

Et donc j ai demandé la raison de ce ban et j'ai reçu un mail en Anglais me disant ceci : Disciplina​ry (Disciplinary@riotgames.com)

Riot Games has received a dispute filed against previous purchases made on your account. This dispute was filed by the financial institution associated with the payments made on the account, and as a result, Riot Games must refund the payments back to the financial institution (a “Chargeback”).



The total amount of these Chargebacks is currently: € 50 Euros



The account is now considered to have a negative balance and is unavailable for use until the outstanding balance has been repaid in full to Riot Games. The balance must be repaid via the following methods: PayPal, PaySafe Cards, or Prepaid RP Cards.



PayPal payments can be submitted to the following email on Paypal:

Once your PayPal transaction is processed, we will unlock the account so you can return to the Fields of Justice!



Payment via Paysafe Cards (EUNE, EUW, TR only)



Please purchase a PaySafe Card with enough funds on it to cover the negative balance. Submit a Player Support ticket to ‘Billing’ or respond to an existing ticket with the following information:



-Username:

-Summoner Name:

-Server:

-Email Address:

-Card PIN(s):

-Card Amount(s):



Please also remember to include the account information of the account that has been banned. Any payment in excess of the chargeback amount will be credited to the original account as RP.



Payment via store-bought RP Cards (NA, OCE, EUW, EUNE)

Ca pue le piège l'e-mail anglais, suis surtout pas ce qu'ils te disent, faut jamais balancer son numéro de CB comme ça Oo

si c'est un problème de paiement, déjà ils te disent pas (je crois) d'aller te tapper paypal (je hais paypal.... XD)

sauf erreur de ma part il te dise un truc genre : le paiement de xx fr est pas arriver, refaite le paiement sur le compte bla bla bla..

mais il y a une facon de voir tes réponses au ticket en te connectant directement au support, et en allant voir les "vérifier vos demandes"

tu verra bien si tu as une réponse

Bonjour,

C'est bien un vrai mail qui t'alerte d'un rejet de débit sur ton compte.
Tant que tu n'auras pas rembourser à Riot l'équivalent de 50 euros pour ton cas, ton compte restera banni.
